  Nora was a socialite in the early 1900s, the daughter of a well-to-do family. She was engaged to the heir of another wealthy family, but unfortunately, he wanted her life more than her hand in marriage. Murdered and left for her family to find, she became a vengeful spirit tied to her favorite locket. After years of subtly manipulating the locket's owners, she was able to get close enough to take her revenge. Much, much later, after passing through the hands of many collectors, her locket wound up in the care of a certain government agency.
  Despite her status as a vengeful ghost, Nora is bright and optimistic. She loves to make new friends, though it's in their best interest to never forget her. As a spirit, she is technically incorporeal, though she is powerful enough to move objects and interact with the living to an extent. When angered, she becomes a full-on poltergeist, dropping temperatures and creating otherworldly winds. She changes her ghostly appearance to keep up with the current fashion.
